From inside the hotel, a comfortable raised walkway will lead you to the Ephira wellness center, where an expert team will present you with a wide range of therapies, massages and treatments specific and suitable for your needs.
Roman and Finnish saunas, whirlpools, turkish baths, offer regenerating and healthy moments, while, among the essences of perfumed oils, expert hands relieve tension by reactivating circulation and toning your muscles with the precious contribution of oriental philosophies.
Among the many treatments you can enjoy there are: relaxing and modeling massages, lymphatic drainage to the face or body, ayurweda, pindasweda and hot stone therapy, shiatsu massage, sports and foot reflexology.

To ensure the availability of operators, we recommend that you book any treatments in writing before your arrival.
The duration of the massages of 30 and 60 minutes includes 5 and 10 minutes of relaxation and preparation for the treatment. In order to take full advantage of your treatments, show up for the appointment 5 minutes early and with a bathrobe and bathing suit.
Treatments can be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment. They will then be charged in full. Delay in appointments leads to a reduction in the duration of treatment.
